Woman Facing Violence in Bukavu, DRCongo #Africa4Her

“Woman facing violence” is a testimony of a woman from South-Kivu (D.R.Congo) who was victim of rape.  She showed all atrocities that they underwent in the forest where she was taken by rebels. They were raped and beaten day and night until she arrived to escape.

Did you know that statistics say that 48 women per hour are raped in D.R. Congo which means that 1152 Women are raped per day in the countryside because of the war in the countryside. Here is testimony from a lady who escaped the rebels.
